The Ranch is located just east of Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. It is immediately adjacent to the Whiskey Mountain Bighorn Sheep Unit and the Shoshone National Forest--home to bighorn sheep, elk, deer, moose, and diverse birdlife, including eagles and osprey. Numerous ancient petroglyphs can be seen in the valley around the ranch. | ![]() |
Camaraderie at the ranch comes easily. Groups, including the staff, average between 25-40 in each session. Everyone helps in doing simple chores--kitchen clean up, grooming horses, tidying one's own cabin.
